Help The Company be a leader in the Legal industry by acting as the Legal Assistant - Litigation who serves clients; organizes, develops, and manages cases; helps clients; supports trial proceedings.

Qualifications

Uses multiple resources, quantitative, and qualitative research methodologies to capture and interpret information.

Extensive administrative experience in a legal environment, including experience transcribing tapes, and organizing docets.

Expert at bringing and pursuing lawsuits, including: drafting/arguing pre-trial motions, handling depositions, participating in trial with and without jury, and appealing cases.


Skilled at using database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports with varying degrees of complexity and detail for management.

Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships.

Has excellent organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains historical reference and records data.

Plans work. Sets goals and outlines tasks to achieve them.

Exhibits meticulous attention to detail. Is committed to producing accurate and high-quality work.

Can be trusted to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information.

Has excellent attendance and can handle responsibility.
