We are looking for professionals who have the desire and drive to work for a rapidly growing firm.
Qualified individuals will have a strong knowledge of the legal industry.
The recruiter must develop client relationships within the legal community and will be directly responsible for sourcing, identifying and recruiting talented legal professionals for The Aldan Troy Group?s legal clients.

The direct hire recruiter will be responsible for the following functions:
? Connect with legal professionals to establish and build relationships
? Develop creative staffing plans to generate a qualified pool of candidates for current and future openings
? Recruit and interview attorneys, paralegals, litigation support personnel and other legal professionals
? Update and maintain candidate and client database
? Execute recruiting and marketing plans
To be considered for this position, candidate will have a background including:
? Minimum of 1 YEAR sales experience in the legal field and/or
? Minimum of 1 YEARS direct hire legal recruiting experience and /or
? Be a recent JD or college grad with a strong desire to work in the legal recruiting field
? The ability to build strong working relationships with candidates, clients and internal staff of work teams
? Previous experience in a law firm as an associate, paralegal etc, without staffing industry experience are great candidates
? The ability to build strong working relationships with senior level legal professionals This position offers unlimited earning potential. We offer a competitive benefits package and great advancements opportunities.
