As a Managing Director you will be responsible for:Creating & implementing a successful strategy to meet and exceed sales/profit targetsDeveloping an effective staff to assist in achieving your branch?s financial/operational goals Leading outside sales & directing your recruiting team to operational excellenceMotivating your team to deliver excellent customer service & responsive client communicationHiring, training, developing & coaching your staff to levels of excellence
