Industry leader in legal and graphics placement seeks a dynamic, team player to join our staff. This is a great entry-level position for someone who wants to learn all aspects of the staffing business from reception and customer service, to building relationships with candidates.

We are looking for a high-energy team player with a great personality and outstanding customer service and administrative skills to manage the reception desk in our Berkeley Heights, NJ office.

You will handle many of the administrative functions of the office including but not limited to answering a multi-line phone system, assisting with payroll and reviewing timesheets, typing and responding to correspondence, distributing the mail for inbound and outbound distribution, ordering office supplies, preparing candidates for interviews and providing excellent customer service to our clients, candidates and internal employees.
