Job Responsibilities:
As a Spherion On-Premise Manager you will be largely responsible for:
Creating and maintaining a collaborative relationship with our client where you are directly involved in managing the client?s expectations
Managing the day-to-day operations that consist of coordinating the work of the facility, monitoring fulfillment of requisitions, managing revenue and maintaining a reporting procedure for our client.
Accountable to develop a fully operational and qualified staff according to the needs of the client company, along with administrative tasks and supervisory tasks.
Motivating your team to deliver excellent customer service & responsive client communication.
Develop an effective recruiting strategy to target clerical business, initiate your recruiting plan, analyze financial reports and take appropriate corrective action, analyze the potential for growth and monitor the sales & recruiting efforts throughout the clients? territories.

 

Minimum Qualifications:
Accomplished sales & management skills with a proven track record
Four-year college degree &/or  four years of related staffing industry experience, with emphasis on sales & supervision
Previous P&L responsibility a plus
Strong bias for action
Adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
