Kelly Services is recruiting for a full-time On-site Staffing Coordinator. Responsibilities include:

Applicant Screening/Hiring- recruiting, evaluating and interviewing candidates.

Employee Management- providing customer-specific assignment orientation, attendance monitoring, performance monitoring, coaching and counseling

Customer Service - fulfillment of customer staffing needs, review of service delivery results and trends, identification of continuous improvement efforts and implementation of action items.
