Responsibilities Include:

? Drive the production and development of a team.

? Achieve personal production

? Promote and support cross selling with other Divisions

? Business development with existing client base and prospects

? Ensure a sufficient supply of quality candidates and job orders.

? Maintain control of all fees and contracts.

? Manage profit and loss reports

? Overall accountability for the financial success of the Division

? Promote a team environment.

Requirements

? Proven experience supervising a team of permanent placement recruiters.

? Documented success at new business development.

? 4 years experience hiring, developing, and managing sales professionals.

? Excellent verbal and writing skills.

? P&L and Budgeting experience.

? Bachelor?s degree.

? Demonstrated career progression.
