Established in the U.K. in 1989, Glotel is a world-leading technical staffing solutions firm offering a wealth of opportunity and reward for entrepreneurial, hardworking individuals.  Due to rapid growth, we are seeking a bright, creative, energetic achiever to expand our market presence as a Permanent Recruiter. 

 

Your goal will be to establish your own client base of hiring managers, becoming a trusted partner to them in providing solutions to their IT staffing needs.  There is unlimited income potential for tenacious, competitive individuals.

 

Responsibilities and Objectives:

- Developing and securing contracts with 10-15 target accounts through networking, onsite visits, and prospecting

- Achieving at least $300,000 in placement fees within the first year

- Assisting clients in identifying needs, strategies, and potential through understanding their culture, corporate objectives, and current market trends

- Effectively utilizing search engines, job boards, networking, referrals, ad response, and user groups to identify and place top technical candidates

- Screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for permanent roles; providing interview and career mentoring

- Cultivating relationships with consultants and clients, representing Glotel in a polished and professional manner
