RECRUITER / PART-TIME or FULL-TIME

Small office engaged in executive search is now in its ninth year.  Owner is looking for an experienced Recruiter who would like to take on sourcing assignments on an as-needed project basis.

Currently, I have an overflow of job orders on my desk, and I am looking for a pinch-hitter who can help out with the sourcing workload on a part-time or full-time basis. I will explore this opportunity with candidates who have prior experience in the placement industry. And depending on backgrounds, I may also be open to speaking with those candidates who do not have recruitment experience, but who think they might like to test this challenging and very rewarding profession.

Recruiters will be responsible for searching out qualified candidates to fill job orders from clients who routinely provide repeat business.

The ability to work on a part-time, as needed project basis or on a full-time schedule

This is a unique opportunity for the right person who possesses the above qualifications, and who desires to earn extra income through a lucrative commissions schedule. The office is located in Somerset County, NJ, 3 miles west of the Somerville Circle.  Only candidates who are able to do the commute should apply.
