Asset Staffing, a leader of temporary support staff to many of New York's largest and most prestigious companies, seeks several experienced temp and perm recruiters as well as experienced staffing sales reps to join it's team.

AGENCY TEMP RECRUITER/STAFFING SPECIALIST

We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of recruiting experience. Candidates will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing and placing temporary personnel, developing and maintaining client relationships & marketing temporary personnel.

Ideal candidates should possess:

-Minimum of 2 years experience within the staffing industry

-LEADERSHIP QUALITIES

-High energy and strong sense of work ethic

-Excellent time management skills

-Superb communication skills

-Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment

-College degree

-Experience with VMS Technology a major Plus!
