As a recruiter / resource manager, your primary responsibility will be to source, identify, screen, interview and qualify candidates that meet our client's requirements. You will be provided with resources, tools and training enabling you to contribute to our tradition of recruiting excellence which has helped establish our reputation as the premier staffing and recruiting partner.

Responsibilities and expectations will include:

The utilization of proven industry tools and techniques to located qualified talent for our clients
Participation in local networking events
Creatively employing non-traditional recruiting methods to source passive candidates
Managing and coordinating the interview process by liaising between client and candidates
Performing and coordinating all testing and employment verification requirements
Negotiating compensation, augmenting and contributing to the sales effort enabling a successful closure to the recruitment process

Requirements:  In addition to your extensive industry recruiting experience, your success will require:

An outgoing personality along with an entrepreneurial ability and drive to go beyond regular business hours when necessary
An ability to work under minimal supervision
Extensive expertise using the Internet and common Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Superb organizational and administrative skills
A proactive and creative approach to adapting and succeeding in a dynamic environment
A desire and motivation to excel in a commission based environment with exceptional income potential
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Confidence and presentation skills to manage and conduct interviews, meetings with clients and candidates
Researching and developing an expert-level of knowledge of technology and software applications
Ability to develop strong relationships with business professionals
College Degree is strongly preferred
