Recruiter/ Account Manager ( full time or part time 25 hrs min)

The Associate Recruiter is responsible for contacting potential candidates for search assignments to qualify their interests and qualifications. Search America has 20 plus years experience in our target market with a well developed candidate constituency and extensive research resources. We?re focused on recruiting mid to senior level management consulting professionals for clients nationwide including IBM and many other clients with compelling career offerings. Key skills for the Associate Recruiter are:



 

- recruiting, inside sales, or in depth customer contact experience.

- verbal and written communication skills appropriate for communications with mid to senior level consulting professionals.

- strong organizational and desktop productivity skills.

- ability to make high value assessments and insights in your work.

- BS or BA degree.
