Recruiter/ Account Specialist

We are looking to hire a Recruiter for the DC/Silver Spring Metro Area?

The Recruiter is accountable for achieving direct hire and temp-to-hire sales targets through the following activities:  client research, development, new account or retention sales calls, networking, and penetrating new accounts with a proactive position in corporate partnering.

Candidate activities include recruiting, interviewing, coordinating matches and negotiating deals.  This position requires superior capabilities in planning and implementing consistent volumes of focused activities necessary for high achievement in staffing for administrative positions on a direct hire basis.  Recruiter is accountable for ongoing professional development, market education about issues that impact administrative staffing, technology advancements and recruiting skills. 

POSITION INVOLVES:

? Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)

? Demonstrated understanding of the corporate environment

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills

? Customer Service orientation

? Detail orientation with follow through shown in previous job

? Able to communicate with and present at the executive level

? Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

? Ability to qualify and close sales

 

POSITION REQUIRES:

? Bachelor's degree or five years directly related business experience

? Sales experience with a proven track record of success

? Staffing industry experience preferred

? Excellent organizational and analytical skills
