Job Responsibilities:

As a Spherion Client Service Supervisor, you will be largely responsible for:
Sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing for office clerical & light industrial positions, developing new and creative sourcing strategies for open positions, coordinating recruiting efforts such as job fairs, conducting reference checks, and building relationships with client managers  to assist with their recruiting and hiring needs.
Delivering excellent customer service & responsive client communication
Collaborating with your peers to enhance work processes, brainstorm ways to recruit candidates and participate in recruiting projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
Four-year college degree &/or 2-3 years of related staffing industry experience, with emphasis on recruiting and the interview process.
Strong bias for action
Adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills 

 

Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary + incentives - no income cap!
