Recruiter - Finance and Accounting

Talentric Professional Recruiters has created a new sales/recruiting position.

We are currently expanding our business line and adding full desk sales/recruiting staff with experience in placing accounting and finance talent.  We are searching for one results-oriented professional with self confidence, dynamic communication skills, high sense of urgency, and desire to run their own accounting/finance recruiting desk.

As a Talentric Professional Recruiter - Finance and Accounting, you will work in all areas of the recruiting process from presenting our services to prospective clients to the placement of highly qualified accounting/financial professionals. In the sales capacity, you will make out bound sales calls for the purpose of prospecting new business and identifying permanent and contract placement needs. Recruiting functions include locating top accounting/finance talent, interviewing applicants, and placing candidates on a permanent, contract, and contract to perm' basis. Individuals in this position work in an entrepreneurial environment with the opportunity to build relationships within the current Fortune 500 client list of our sister IT Staffing Organization, CIO Partners.
