Recruiter / HR Generalist

StarTek Inc. is seeking an Recruiter for our Greeley, CO location. This position will provide support related to all Human Resource activities with the focus on recruiting.  Requires a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of 2 years staffing experience.  PHR or SPHR a plus.  Must have experience with high volume recuriting. 

 

 

This positions primary functions will include:

Manages exempt and non-exempt staffing process for both Greeley sites. 

Oversees the staffing process from initial requisition through hiring including application, testing, prescreening, interviewing, shift assignment, offers, and background checks.Creatively source for all open jobs within Greeley including creation of advertisements, participation in job fairs, creation/distribution of promotional literature, encouraging referrals, and community outreach.Develop and maintain strong relationships with a variety of community groups as well as educational institutions to assist on recruitment efforts. Build applicant sources through researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites Market StarTek as employer by providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits to applicants and external community representatives Make internal and external presentations to applicants, external community partners, and new employees.Maintains a constant ?Qualified on hold? candidate pool in anticipation of hiring needs.Proactively recruit applicants through cold calling/direct recruitment, internet mining, and other creative methods.Ensure professional response to all candidates through appropriate correspondence.Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regional and local best practicesLead on boarding process for new hires including leading new hire orientation and partnership with other internal groups.Manages the internal hiring process (as it relates to Greeley) for all StarTek open positions.Review, report and analyze recruiting and hiring data.Maintain corporate required reporting.
