Recruiter/ On Premise Service Manager

This position requires a high level of commitment, flexibility, creativity and drive.  This on premise project involves temporary, long-term, temp-to-hire and direct hire recruiting for all aspects of manufacturing, warehouse and office personnel.  Primary job functions are but not limited to the following:  identifying qualified staffing associates, effective recruiting techniques, interviewing/screening process, orientation, fulfilling required documentation for associate placements, monitoring job performances, staffing associate satisfaction, reporting, payroll, additional administrative duties and assisting the Senior On-Premise Manager as needed

 

Requirements:Prior recruitment/staffing and service experience preferredEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to interact with all levels of managementWorking knowledge of MS office products, Outlook and the InternetAbility to prioritize and multi-taskWork independently or as a team, as necessaryAbility to work a flexible schedule based on client/associate needs
