We are seeking a talented individual with previous experience in the recruitment of professional and technical candidates to join our group of HR professionals to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment supporting our local and national account teams. Minimum one year of recruiting or staffing experience required; prefer candidates with experience in professional or technical recruiting.

 



Recruiter - Our Recruiters are responsible for conducting searches to identify, recruit, screen, interview and test professional and technical candidates for placement with HTI clients.  Recruiters manage candidates through all stages of the placement process, including interviews, offer and negotiation, closing, start date and relocation (if applicable); they also interact with clients on a daily basis. Recruiters work closely with our sales staff to cross-sell company services to existing and potential clients by providing operational support; develop advertising content for various media sources; and develop networking and sourcing contacts.

 



Requirements: Bachelor?s degree; excellent written and oral communication skills; strong computer skills; team-oriented; sales or recruiting experience preferred.
