Recruiter/Staffing Specialist

Leafstone Staffing Services, a premier staffing agency with locations nationwide is currently looking for Recruiters/Staffing Specialists in the NY/NJ Metro Area for our Direct Hire and Temp Divisions.

Staffing industry experience is preferred, but other related experience will be considered. Whether recruiting for a variety of back-office financial, mid to upper level finance or Administrative support positions, your responsibilities could include:

Sourcing, recruiting, screening and interviewing.

Building rapport with client representatives and developing a working knowledge of the client's business.

Additional requirements:

One to three years of work experience is required (HR, sales, and/or staffing experience a strong plus).

You must have the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, work independently and with a team.

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
