Recruiters & Internet Researchers

Quest Resource Group, LLC is a growing Stamford, CT based staffing firm that provides search and consultant services in the tri-state area.  Our areas of focus are IT and Finance / Accounting.

 

We are currently expanding and looking for:

 Recruiters who are experienced in candidate sourcing and selection, and client relations with a successful track record recruiting either IT or accounting/finance professionals in a corporate or search firm environment.

 Internet Researchers who will:

? Utilize Internet research and candidate assessment skills to mine the Internet for potential job candidates.

? Build and maintain candidate pipelines for client assignments. 

? Research alternative web-sites and affiliations (i.e. user groups, outplacement firms, professional associations) to use in the search process.  Build relationships with these organizations, develop and document processes for posting new opportunities.

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidates will have

? A motivated, positive, outgoing personality and strong verbal and written communication skills

? Relevant experience in IT or Accounting / Finance.  We will cross-train.

? The ability and desire to learn technical job requirements to assess candidate skills and experience

? Solid experience in mining the Internet and using MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) in support of these activities.
