Regional Staffing Coordinator

Healthcare Resource Group, (HRG) provides on-site staffing of Accounts Receivable/Revenue recovery solutions for hospital and large medical group clients.  We are a consulting firm committed to the strategic placement of the most qualified and experienced patient account and patient access professionals. HRG is currently hiring Regional Staffing Coordinators for our Pacific Northwest Region located in the Seattle, Washington area.


This is a position requiring excellent communication and organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to relationships internally and externally ranging from Employee to Chief Financial Officer. 

General Responsibilities: Identifying qualified potential candidates via internet job posting sites, internet search engines, submitted resumes, and referrals.Proactively maintaining an adequate pool of resources that can be marketed and used to improve client services. Maintaining internal relationships including support and communication with Regional Managers, Regional Directors, other Staffing Coordinators, and the Corporate Office. Contacting clients regarding staffing services and potential candidates for current orders.Sustaining a positive and professional office atmosphere through phone demeanor, dress, and correspondence.Administrating initial screening, testing activities, and new hire paperwork. Contacting new and current employees regarding job satisfaction, duties, and HRG policies and procedures.Creating, maintaining, and filing employee paperwork and appropriate files.Coordinating pre-screening procedures and interviews for potential candidates.


QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate with a minimum of three years working experience and a demonstrated ability to perform the job skills applicable to the job description.  Ability to navigate Microsoft Office Applications including Word and Excel and Internet resources is required, as is experience in the healthcare field. Recruiting experience in the healthcare field is a plus.
