Z Resource Group, one of the fastest growing retained executive search firms in the United States, is seeking an experienced and highly qualified technology recruiter to join the firm?s IT Leadership Practice.

Responsibilities include:

 

?  Managing and executing multiple search assignments from candidate development to client presentation.

?  Identifying, qualifying and developing candidates.

?  Preparing candidate documentation for presentation to clients.

?  Building relationships with clients and often acting as their primary account representative.

?  Managing name-generation resources and processes.

?  Negotiating candidate compensation.

?  At times, identifying new business opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

 

?  At least three years of technology recruiting.

?  Strong knowledge of basic technology concepts and trends.

?  Excellent communication skills.

?  Strong writing skills.

?  Ability to build good relationships with candidates and clients.

?  Strong research skills: the ability to use creative thinking to source qualified candidates.

?  Good basic office technology skills.

?  Ability to work independently and manage search projects from start to finish.
