SENIOR STAFFING ACCOUNT MANAGER

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

*Identify, penetrate, develop, and maintain accounts in the local marketplace

*Responsible for utilizing a "hunter's mentality" to break large, Fortune 500 accounts in multiple verticals

*Leverage proven sales and IT Staffing background to closely manage and identify consulting service's needs throughout the local marketplace

*Target and develop clients through existing database and contacts, advertising resources and the internet

*Using a consultative approach, Account Manager will meet with clients to evaluate their technical needs, recommend and provide consulting staffing solutions

*Individual will work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES/ATTRIBUTES:

 

*3+ years of staffing industry experience (financial vertical a plus)

*Fair level of domain knowledge of healthcare, finance, media, and manufacturing industries

*One must be able to demonstrate success in obtaining and maintaining accounts, and possess a strong work ethic

*Proven track record of sales/business development experience combined with technology industry experience

*Ability to sell senior-level consulting services to clients and develop business through outbound sales calls, networking, meetings, and client visits, etc.

*Work well in a team environment with strong ability to generate client engagement opportunities and achieve individual business growth goals

*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products (experience with Bullhorn is a plus)
