Resource Staffing is seeking two exceptional recruiting candidates. These individuals will partner with our hiring team to build effective sourcing and assessment methods to recruit top talent in the administrative and accounting financial arenas. These Sourcing Specialists source for multiple positions and will be involved in screening resumes and scheduling appointments for four branches. These individuals should have a proven record in recruiting the passive seeker.

REQUIREMENTS: Four year degree and a minimum of one year recruiting/sourcing experience. Individual should be articulate, high energy, detail oriented, creative, internet savvy, sales driven and have exceptional communication skills. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
