National Staffing Agency-Mira Mesa Area Seeks Experienced Leader for Dynamic Team

 

Responsibilities:

 
Sales/business development
Develop new accounts & increase revenues of existing accounts through outside sales and inside sales activities.
Maintain communications with established clients ensuring impeccable customer service & employee retention.
Implement & develop recrutiing strategies to build availabilites of qualified flexible/full time employees to meet ongoing and anticipated needs.
Maintain complete & accurate documentation of branch activities.
Participate in local professional, business & civic organizations to enhance personal development while promoting company recognition.
Ensure compliance by communicating all branch operations in regard to: Worker's Compensation, Human Resources, Legal, WOTC, etc.
Financial management of branch operations: budgeting, forecasting, monthly P&L review, credit and collections, etc.
Recruit for internal staff positions
Develop qualified internal staff by hiring and training employees according to company guidelines.
Coach & counsel associates, document and take corrective action as necessary.
Conduct regular staff meetings and conduct annual performance reviews.

 

Requirements:

 
Staffing Industry Experience a MUST
Four year college degree or 5 years of equivalent business expereince.
Minimum of 4 years business related experience with strong emphasis on Sales & Supervision.
Ability to work flexible/extended hours when necessary
Computer Literacy-Microsoft  Office Suite
Ability to perform business development and outside sales activities
Strong Managerial, Leadership, Organizational, Communication & Team Leading Skills

 

Compensation range is $40,000-$60,000K DOE plus bonus/commission
