ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

 

WSI is looking for a STAFFING COORDINATOR with the desire and ambition to plan for their professional future.  This opportunity offers significant opportunities for career growth and development.  As Staffing Coordinator you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, orienting, placing and supervising substitute teachers, paraprofessionals and flexible staff within local school districts according to customer needs.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.Strong interpersonal communication skills.Excellent multi-tasking and problem resolutions skills necessary.Must be able to plan, organize, prioritize and remain flexible.Proven leadership skills required.Ability to work flexible hours as needed.Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience preferredEXCELLENT ATTENDANCE RECORD REQUIREDPC and Microsoft office proficiency is required.
