Sales Manager

This is a sales position responsible for pursuing, maintaining and growing revenue within the staffing and direct hire placement business.  You will be responsible for developing a market with little or no prior existing business.  You will plan and implement consistent volumes of focused activities necessary for high achievement in placements on a staff augmentation, projection staffing, temporary, temp to perm and/or direct hire basis. Client activities include development, new account and retention sales calls, obtaining requisitions/job orders, maintaining a high fill ratio, penetrating client accounts and taking a positive proactive position in corporate partnering. Bachelors degree strongly preferred, with a proven track record in sales.
