Cynthia Cook, Inc., a leading full service employment solutions provider, has an immediate opening for Sales/Recruiter at our Headquarters in Bloomington, MN office.  Primary objectives are to establish client relationships either in person, by phone, referrals or networking. In addition, recruit, source, interview and place candidates in positions with our clients.  Cynthia Cook, Inc. promotes developing relationships to truly understand the needs and goals of our clients, candidates and companies alike. This is a great opportunity for you if you are passionate about helping people and have experience working in a Contingent Staffing or Human Resource environment.

This is a fast-paced environment.  You must be energetic, self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task.  Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer and contact databases.  Previous experience in the staffing industry a PLUS!
