A busy, Mission Viejo based Pharmacist Staffing Company seeks a part time Sales & Recruitment Rssociate to join our fast growing team. AHR Pharmacy Solutions, LLC (AHR) is a fast growing regional leader in the heatlhcare staffing industry. We specialize in interim and direct hire placement of Pharmacy Professionals. DUTIES

Position functions include, but are not limited to:

? high outbound call volume
? making out-bound calls via networking, internet, database and job boards
? sourcing candidates for future placement
? 3, 4, & 5 hour shifts available up to 25 hours per week
? creating and maintaining applicant files
? assisting with special projects

You will be required to make a minimum number of outbound calls per hour and fulfill weekly and monthly target goal requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

One year sales or recruitment experience preferred. However, we will train qualified individual. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are absolute musts as well as flexibility and ability to work well in a fast paced environment. Pharmacy Technicians welcome to apply!
