Savvy Recruiter Description: The Recruiter is responsible for matching the skills of field employees to customer requirements, filling all open job orders daily, increasing existing business, and bringing in new customers and applicants. This recruiter will be responsible for running the Clerical/Admin. recruitment desk.


Duties and Responsibilities:

The recruiter develops, implements and manages a creative recruiting strategy to bring in applicants through existing and new sources. The recruiter utilizes electronic processes in recruiting and placement and interviews applicants, develops accurate job descriptions and oversees the order filling process from beginning to end. This may include: resume and cover letter submittals, coordination of interviews with customer and employees; timely follow up on submittals and interviews and coordination of any company specific screening and orientation.

The recruiter follows up regularly with candidates and customers to maintain relationships and to build knowledge of needs and opportunities. The Recruiter maintains familiarity with the most effective recruiting tools and implements lead generation for new business and recruiting sources. The Recruiter thoroughly orients all field employees on company policies, procedures, and expectations and actively enters information into the database.

Requirements:
1 year minimum customer service experience. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Strong decision making abilities and able to work effectively under pressure. Ability to accomplish multiple tasks. Organized and detailed oriented. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment. Type 40 wpm, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook. Proficient in Internet research. Ability to generate effective business correspondence and email communications. Ability to provide excellent customer service. Ability to efficiently solve problems.
