Senior Executive Assistant

KELLY Services has an immediate opening for a Researcher/Senior Executive Administrative Professional to work for a major strategic management consulting firm in Northern Virginia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

?

Provides high level administrative support to 3 Senior Level Managers on the Diversity Team including scheduling meetings in MS Outlook, arranging conference calls, travel accommodations, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence.

?

Provides logistical support by arranging conference rooms, catering and equipment set-up.

?

Prepares and collates presentations and reports for the team as needed.

?

Performs general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining record management system for diversity education courses, compiling course evaluation summaries, tracking data on Excel spreadsheets, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence including faxes and mail.

?

Writes and edits materials to include Power Point decks.

?

Prepares graphs and tables in Excel, Word, and other software as appropriate.

?

Performs additional functions incidental to research and/or databases selected independently.

?

SKILLS/QUALITIES:

?

*3-5 years of previous executive administrative support

*Expert in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

*Power Point experience a must

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*Strong people and organizational skills

*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

*Analytical approach to complex problem solving
