The position requirements:
High Energy; Hunter and Gatherer Mentality

High focus on developing new accounts

Identify prospective client staffing and solutions opportunities and secure the additional resources needed to pursue those opportunities

Demonstrated proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and engagements

Understanding of long-term business relationships

Appreciation for activity-based selling to ensure that sales activities are aligned with business goals

Work closely with recruitment staff and internal team to insure clear requirements definition and specific recruitment focus meets your client?s expectations.

You are an ideal candidate if you have:
.5yrs+ IT Sales Experience

? You have a successful staffing and/or sales track record

? Ability to quickly understand which new technologies and solutions are driving the market opportunities

? Your strong communication skills (both written & verbal) are apparent to all you interact with

? Your business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit shows your desire to be the best

? You possess and can demonstrate your strong problem-solving/analytical skills

? You have a demonstrated track record of making a six-figure income.
