Senior Manager- Solutions

Ajilon Finance Solutions , a leader in interim staff augmentation and project staffing of senior finance/accounting professionals and has an immediate need for a Senior Business Development Manager in Miami, FL.  This person will be responsible for obtaining clients that have project needs, operational changes, and staff augmentation requirements.  Networking, cultivating relationships and ultimately earning their business is just the beginning of what this amazing opportunity entails. You will ultimately be responsible for building your own book of business. You will use your current market relationships and well as developed relationships to contribute the growth of office.

 

Main responsible are:

 

New Business Development

Building relationships with C and V level decision makers

Client Meetings

Partnership with recruiters

Networking

Obtaining engagements

 

 

If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, are a natural salesperson, and possess the discipline and motivation to manage your own desk, this is the position for you. At least 4+ years of previous high-end sales experience within a service company is required. Accounting or Finance degree a plus. Previous staffing industry experience preferred.
