Established in 1972 DTG specializes in professional IT Services staffing for our Global 1000 clients.  We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to grow and lead a contract staffing/direct hire placement group at our midtown NY headquarters. 

 

Leading by example your responsibilities include: build, motivate and monitor your team, participate and manage the business development pipeline; build and sustain client/candidate relationships; drive growth and gain market share for your group.

 

As a successful candidate you will require the following:Solid experience in the IT or Finance staffing sector.Solid experience working with Global 1000 clientsKnowledge of consultant (third party and w2) compensation scenariosExperience working with vendor management servicesDetail and process orientedExcellent presentation and communication skillsExperience in working with senior executives Ability to develop relationships at all levels
