Our open position is a very special opportunity for a staffing professional possessing the proper mix of experience, personality and work ethic. Four-year college degree or equivalent business experience required. Staffing industry experience, although desirable, is not required.

Your responsibilities will include screening and evaluating applicants, matching clients? needs with candidate skills, maintaining existing client relationships and expanding business within the Lake County, IL area. You will need to be a computer literate, high-energy, self motivated producer who thrives in a fast paced, busy environment. Ability to multi-task while being detail oriented is an absolute requirement. Compensation is negotiable depending upon your experience and track record. Substantial base salary plus a revenue sharing program based on overall team performance.
