To be a successful match with our company, you?ll need to have:
q At least 4 years previous staffing/recruiting experience
q A desire to grow business and along with that, watch your earnings GROW!
q The ability to demonstrate your capacity to work in a fast paced, sales-driven environment, as a cohesive and flexible team player
q Excellent interpersonal skills to interact and service both our client customers and our valued employees
q A proven track record of achieving/exceeding personal goals through effective leadership; customer service skills; organizational excellence and problem solving
q A 2- or 4-year college degree is a plus
q MS Office experience is required
