The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be highly motivated, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic.Qualifications include:Proven Staffing Industry Knowledge, ability to work independently while developing a team to manage, make recommendations to clients regarding the top talent available to meet their requirements; provide customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met; meet with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences; strategizing with Sales Manager to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
