Staffing Manager / Specialist

The function of the Staffing Manager role is to identify qualified staffing associates to fill a variety of light industrial, call center and clerical positions through effective recruiting, interviewing and screening processes, and ensuring successful placements of temporary, temporary-to-hire and full-time candidates. This individual will develop relationships by securing thorough job order requirements, matching qualified candidates to positions, monitoring job performance and staffing associate satisfaction. The position requires a keen ability to maintain accurate employee records, process payroll and handle a variety of administrative duties.

 

 
Prior recruitment/staffing service experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a strong plus
Good Work progression
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to interact with all levels of management
Working knowledge of MS Office products
