We currently have an immediate opening for a Recruiter to join our team in Thousand Oaks. Volt Recruiters are responsible for evaluating, interviewing and placing applicants; interacting with customers to obtain detailed job descriptions; matching the skills and goals of employees to job requirements; determining pay rates; quoting bill rates to customers; completing all required data entry paperwork; maintaining client service satisfaction through anticipation and timely resolution of concerns; generating new business by consistently marketing employee qualifications and promoting good public relations. Generate leads for new business and recruiting sources. Ensure total customer satisfaction by handling all inquires, resolving problems arising with customers or field employees, including counseling and negotiate pay and bill increases, early buy-outs with customers and direct hire fees.

Due to the immediate nature of this position, all prospective candidates must currently reside within the local area.


Requirements:
Customer service experience is needed. The marketing of candidates is a top priority of the position so the ability to "cold call" is needed. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a strong sense of urgency are essential. You will need to type at least 45 wpm and possess good organizational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking abilities, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Outlook and Excel.
