We are seeking a high energy, tenacious, and career focused individual to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina!!!!

KER provides all types and levels of engineers, technicians, designers, drafters, and manufacturing specialists, as well as logistics, project controls, and other engineering support personnel in the United States, France, and the United Kingdom.

Source quality candidates for customer assignments utilizing cost-effective methods. Screen candidates to ensure backgrounds will fit with existing or upcoming assignments. Coordinate interview process with appropriate parties. Complete hiring process accurately including the completion of background checks and processing, input, and submission of paperwork. Ensure all compensation and benefit issues are negotiated and communicated correctly with appropriate parties. Recruiter will work with corporate support and management to resolve issues.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 1 year recruiting experience. Excellent verbal, written and listening skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills. Ability to follow directions, prioritize, and handle multitask assignments. Must be computer proficient in MS Office and the Internet.
