Established in the U.K. in 1989, Glotel is a leading global staffing solutions firm offering a wealth of opportunity and reward for entrepreneurial, hardworking individuals.  We are seeking a bright, creative, energetic achiever to further expand our Atlanta market presence as a Sales Executive.  You will be supported by a team of skilled recruiters that sources and delivers the most qualified consultants in the industry. 

 

Responsibilities:

- Develop target accounts through networking, onsite visits, and prospecting

- Cultivate and deepen relationships as client base is developed

- Promote Glotel?s services and strengths in the marketplace and position Glotel to clients and candidates in a polished and professional manner

- Assist clients in identifying needs and market trends

- Provide leadership and mentoring to teammates and direct reports

 

Qualifications:

- 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience

- Previous experience selling IT staffing solutions or strong aptitude for technology

- Bachelor?s degree or higher in Business or Management

- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Proven track record of success
