We are seeking an entrepreneurial search industry professional with account management and recruitment experience.  Unique opportunity for a results-oriented, independent individual seeking to work primarily from home.  Candidates must be capable and interested in a telecommuting work environment in which quality of work, meeting deadlines and a 'do whatever it takes' attitude are paramount.  You will develop strategies and account penetration plans to establish new accounts and expand current accounts building long term relationships.  This position offers strong growth opportunities within our organization and an uncapped compensation structure.

Responsibilities/Qualifications include:

? Represent MorningStar Resource Group services and solutions to the technical manufacturing, engineering, or IT sector through business development activities

? Management of existing accounts

? Contract negotiation and placement fulfillment for total client satisfaction. Work with Technical Recruiters to identify talent3+ years experience in a technical business sector preferably IT, engineering or manufacturingSuperior ?people? and communication skills Excellent rapport building skills and superior negotiation skills. Excellent closing skills are a must.
