Temporary Recruiter/Administrative Staffing Division at Executive Search Firm

Glocap Search is a bi-coastal, mid-sized executive search firm focusing on executive and administrative placements into industries including finance (private equity, hedge funds, investment banking), consulting, technology, and creative areas.

As we continue to expand our business, we are opening new offices to better serve our clients in various geographies. Our newest location is in Los Angeles, CA and we are actively seeking a qualified Temporary Recruiter within our Administrative Staffing division.

The ideal Temporary Recruiter for the Glocap office has previous search/recruiting experience and is enthusiastic about joining an entrepreneurial environment in which marketing will be a key component of building the business. Candidates must also have:

(1) Undergraduate degree (4 yr degree preferred)

(2) 2-6 years' work experience ideally in a client servicing role

(3) Strong interpersonal skills and charisma

(4) Strong personal and professional network

(5) Strong interest in sales/business development and recruiting

(6) Good judgment

(7) Ability to work in a fast paced environment, since the needs in temp are minute to minute.

(8) Self-motivation and a strong entrepreneurial spirit

(9) Team player
