JOB TITLE: e-commerce Sales Representative
OVERVIEW: icrunchdata.com is an online job board that allows job seekers and employers to communicate via the internet. The niche specific job board focuses on individuals with DATA, database, analytical and statistical backgrounds in financial services, banking, pharmaceutical, marketing research and database marketing. (Experience in this area is NOT required for the Sales Representative position.)
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales, Market Research, provide site demonstration to new clients, database entry, new client development. Requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with Word, Excel and the internet is required. Primary responsibilities are selling posting packages and full employer memberships to staffing firms and medium-large corporations.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Recruiting or staffing experience a huge plus. The person must be an excellent communicator over the phone. Inside or outside sales is also preferred.
COMPENSATION: The e-commerce Sales Representative is a commission based position with an increasing rate of commission based on monthly performance. First year?s estimated compensation is $30-40K, Second year: $40-60K
