Account Executive

Our client is a leading provider of energy-centric solutions for managing business risk.  Their integrated solutions quickly improve results in energy purchasing, reduce energy consumed, and optimize costs while meeting your business strategies.  They enable corporations to pay less for energy, use less energy, and risk less as you manage your future energy strategies.  We have been retained by our client to recruit an Account Executive.  This position will be located in Marietta, GA.

 

The primary responsibility for this position is to ensure the company?s commitments to their customers and their expectations for a compelling ROI are realized for the provided solution.  Specific areas of responsibility:

? Manage customer communications and key relationships.

? Develop strategic energy plans with the customer to match issues in their organization with the company?s custom solutions.

? Coordinate delivery of the solutions to resolve customer problems and meet targeted ROI expectations.

? Ensure profitable delivery against customer contract requirements including: revenue and margin generation, budgeting and control of internal costs, forecasting and variance reporting.

? Identify up sell opportunities to expand revenue of current contracts.

 

Ideal candidate:

? Undergraduate degree.

? 5+ years experience from within: facilities engineering, operations management, account management (controls, access controls, hvac, etc?) or distributor firms.

? High degree of emotional intelligence, flexibility, and motivation. 

? Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

? Able to travel occasionally.
