Account Representative

Johnson Service Group is a contract technical, staff augmentation company in need of an Account Representative in Birmingham, Alabama.

 

REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

 

Previous Southern Company Services experience in one of the following departments: Engineering, Project Controls, Administrative, Document Control, Records Management or Corporate Recruiting.

 

PREFERRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE 

 

Previous Alabama Power and/or Georgia Power experience in one of the following departments: Engineering, Project Controls, Administrative, Document Control, Records Management or Corporate Recruiting.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The Account Representative responsibilities consist of:

 

1 - Ascertaining our client's contractor open positions in engineering, project controls, administrative, Document Control, Records Management.

 

2 - Interfacing with our client's hiring authorities to understand their staffing needs.

 

3 - Developing solid business relationships with our client's hiring authorities.

 

4 - Attending client - vendor meetings, seminars and company functions.

 

This position is primarily a "relationship" position.  Excellent verbal and written communication skillsets are required as is a business, professional appearance and demeanor.  Initiative, self-starter, persistence, diligence and tenacity are characteristics for the qualified candidate.
