CFO - Alternative Fuels, Process Manufacturing, Hedging IPO

CFO for a start-up Alternative Fuels Company based in the Southwestern United States. If you do not pass all of these requirements - DO NOT APPLY. Candidates must have the following experiences:

 

1) Been the CFO of a company and led the Roadshow which took the company through a successful IPO (including all SEC reporting, filings, etc.).

 

2) Been the CFO of a company engaged in process manufacturing (oil, gas, chemicals, etc. - a manufacturing environment that included Multiple Plant locations that were manufacturing something that can flow through pipes).

 

3) Been the CFO of a company that was highly involved in the hedging and trading of commodities (corn, natural gas, etc.), and risk management activities.

 

4) Been the CFO having raised money in the capital markets and through private equity.

 

5) Built up a finance department and support staff from scratch in a start up situation (Accounting, Analytical, IT, HR, etc.). Installed cost control systems.

 

6) Been the CFO of company involved in building new plants from scratch, monitored construction progress, led acquisition and integration projects.

 

7) Must have a CPA, strong preference for MBA.
