3353-3493512-C0024 Kelly Automotive Services Group, (ASG) is currently in need of an Central Utility Technician interested in working in the automotive industry with an OEM that is full of momentum.
CENTRAL UTILITY TECHNICIAN
Job Responsibilities: The ideal Central Utility Technician candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of facilities experience within automotive industry. This employee will interface with the OEM customer. This will be a responsible position, with expectations to keep all of the equipment operating. The individual must be professional, service oriented and easy to work with. The Central Utility Technician will have demonstrated experience in operating, troubleshooting, and repairing the following equipment:
1. Power switching and controls of 120 KV, 13.8 KV, 4168 V, 480 V electrical gear.
2. Centrigul chillers.
3. Centrifugal compressors up to 12,000 cfm, and screw compressors.
4. Cooling tower and chemical control.
5. Complex HVAC systems.
6. Design engineer changes in the process that will improve or save energy.
7. Must know industrial compressors, chillers, cooling towers and air dryers.
Additional info:
-Operational experience required, including powerhouse, equipment monitoring, problem solving, preventative maintenance, etc.
-The powerhouse is providing chilled water, compressed air, power switching, etc.
