Immediate Need: Searching for a Benefits Communications Specialists for the North Eastern US with experience communicating employee welfare benefit plans, preferable in the Utility sector. Requirements include a BS Degree in Liberal Arts or related discipline and 8+ years experience with health, dental, life, long term disability, defined benefit and defined contribution plans and to develop open enrollment and ongoing benefit communications to the organization.. Strong knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA and related IRS and DOL regulations required. Successful candidate will have high energy, be computer literate, accustomed to working in a corporate environment, and have excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
