Control Systems Engineer

Job Description:
This job is responsible for estimating, designing, developing, and supporting
automation solutions including logic control programs and graphical
interfaces. This position is also responsible for following Project Life Cycle
and managing projects through all phases of estimating, eingineering design,
and construction.

Job Requirements:
- Designs and develops logic programs and graphical screens to automate
functions for operations.

- Provide assistance and analysis regarding control systems to commercial,
operations and engineering.

- Investigates methods to reduce hardware costs and labor expenses as it
relates to automation.

- Provides automation solution estimates to project managers, facility
engineers, and others. Provide ingenious and creative engineered designs for
PLC programming.

- Directs and oversees contract personnel in the designing and
development of automation solutions.

- Provide project management, and construction oversight for assigned
projects, including expansion, regulatory and modification projects at
Magellan. Follow Project Life Cycle and SIP to ensure that all projects meet
quality, cost and schedule objectives.

- Develop and present training on new or specialized equipment installed in
projects.

4 years of experience. Electrical Enginnering degree preferred, however,
applicable technical field experience may be considered as a substitute.

orally and in writing in English with co-workers, supervisors, internal and
external customers; the ability to work in stressful conditions; the ability
to adapt and respond in changing circumstances; the ability to use a personal
computer with the Windows(R) operating system to complete time sheets, send
and receive email, and access information posted on the Company's intranet;
availability as needed to work on both a scheduled and call-out basis; and the
